Abstract: The capacity of physical ability can be improved through doing an exercise which is according to the intensity, duration and frequency. Exercise can improve the immunity system and influence the leucocyte. The number of pheripheral leucocyte can be the resource of information for the diagnostics and prognose the description of organ damage and the recovery after physical training. The purpose of this study to investigate the influence of moderate physical activity (MPA) to leucocyte count and diffrential leucocyte. This study is experimental with pretest-posttest group design. The subjects for this study is a women who are between 18–20 years old, they were 15 person. The subjects of study were given moderate intensity of physical activity in the form of stepping up and down test until the reached the targeted heartbeats which is 80% of the maximum heartbeats. The physical activity was done for a moment. Before doing the activity, the pheripheral blood was taken once, then the blood was taken again soon, then 30 to 60 minutes after it, to examine leucocyte count and diffrential leucocyte. The result of study reveals that there is an increasing a value of the average leucocyte count before MPA with soon after MPA, 30 minutes after MPA (6455.33±373.14; 7433.33±1453.89; 6686.67±1217.06) but not significant, 60 minutes after MPA there is decreasing a value of the average leucocyte count (6153.33±1120.50) than before MPA but not significant.
