Abstract: Fruits are foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins and fiber. This study aims to determine whether based on literature studies there is a Comparison of Determination of Vitamin C Levels in Red Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus costaricencis) and White Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus undatus) with the UV-Vis Spectrophotometry method and to find out based on literature studies what is the comparison of valuation results of vitamin C Content in red dragon fruit and white dragon fruit by UV-Vis Spectrophotometry method. The method used in this study was the literature study, namely by collecting data from two literatures that have the same research topic. The results of the study showed that in first Journal by Suhaera et al the vitamin C content of red dragon fruit was 0.3108 ppm and white dragon fruit was 0.3338 ppm whereas in second Journal by Rizky Febriani Pohan showed that the vitamin C content of red dragon fruit was 0.3059 ppm and white dragon fruit was 0.3341 ppm. The conclusion of the research was that in first Journal and second Journal showed that vitamin C levels in red and white dragon have different results. In first Journal and second Journal showed that the levels of vitamin C in the red dragon were 0.3108 ppm and 0.3059 ppm. In first Journal and second Journal showed that the white dragon vitamin C levels were 0.3338 ppm and 0.3341 ppm.
