Abstract: According to Basic Health Research data in 2018, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia was 48.9%, an increase from 11.8% in 2013. According to WHO, 40% of maternal deaths in developing countries are related to anemia in pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between intake of energy, protein, iron and folic acid with anemia status of pregnant women. Data collection was carried out in January 2020. This study is an observational study with a cross sectional design. The population is all pregnant women and the sample is the entire population, from Nogorejo Village as many as 26 people and Kotasan Village as many as 23 people. The determination of the sample in this study was carried out with inclusion criteria, which is to be a sample, interviewed and checked for Hb. Food consumption data was obtained by means of home visits, and conducting interviews using the SQ-FFQ form. Data on anemia status was obtained by taking blood by an analyst, then determining Hb levels using the cyanmethemoglobin method. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. From this study, it is known that the intake of energy, protein, iron and folic acid is less than half of the sample. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a significant relationship between the categories of energy, protein, iron and folic acid intake with the anemia status of pregnant women.
